A clear, well-lit photo where faces are in focus. Phone photos are usually perfect. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots and very dark shots. Send the original file if you can — I will always tell you honestly if a photo will not engrave well before I start.

2D engraves your photo as a single flat image inside the crystal — bright, crisp and detailed. 2.5D separates the subject from the background into layers so faces and pets appear to lift forward with a sculpted, three-dimensional look.

Yes. Background removal, combining two photos, adding a pet into a family shot, or cleaning up a memorial photo are all things I do regularly. Just describe it in the special instructions box.

Most crystals are engraved and shipped within 3 to 7 business days once we have agreed on the photo. Larger or heavily edited pieces can take a little longer, and I will always give you a realistic date up front.

You do not need it, but it transforms the piece. The base lights the engraving from underneath so it glows — most customers use theirs as a nightlight. You can add one to any crystal while you are designing it.

Yes, and it is one of my favourite orders. Send me a photo of the house you just sold and I will engrave it inside the crystal, with the address or a message added underneath. Repeat and bulk pricing is available.
